Sr. Product Manager

Join our team at Pixelatiq as a skilled and motivated Sr. Product Manager! You’ll be a key player in growing our online presence and engaging customers. Your main tasks include Wireframing and Prototyping, social media design, and creating blog content (UX).

Your Key Responsibilities:

Defining and owning the product strategy. Need to have a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to formulate a clear and effective product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and vision.
Developing and maintaining a product roadmap is a crucial responsibility. create a strategic plan that outlines the product’s evolution over time, including major milestones, feature releases, and updates.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support.
Understanding customer needs, conducting user interviews, analyzing data, and staying updated on industry trends to make data-driven product decisions.
Define product requirements, prioritize features, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that the product is built according to specifications.
Responsible for planning and executing product launches. This includes developing go-to-market strategies, pricing, messaging, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to ensure a successful product launch.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in product management or related roles. Well understand the complexities of the product development lifecycle, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Capable of leading cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers. Leadership skills are crucial for setting a clear vision, aligning teams, and driving product development.
A deep understanding of the product or industry is essential. Sr. PMs should have in-depth knowledge of the product they are managing, as well as insights into the competitive landscape and emerging trends.
Need to think strategically and develop a long-term product roadmap. Setting clear goals, prioritizing features, and making decisions that align with the overall business strategy.
A strong focus on the user is vital. Sr. PMs should be able to empathize with users, gather feedback, and use data to make informed decisions that enhance the user experience.
While not all Senior Product Managers need to be software developers, having a good grasp of technical concepts can be highly beneficial. It helps in effective communication with engineering teams and evaluating technical feasibility.
Effective communication is key in this role. Sr. PMs must communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals to various stakeholders, both internal and external. Collaboration skills are also crucial for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Note: We wants to hire someone who is fresh graduate or 3-5 Years of experience in the field who can work full-time in a day and communicate with our team in Finland (Helsinki time zone)
